Jerry Hyatt
VP, Maintenance & Construction
Jerry is actively involved in the Indiana Apartment Association and has instructed courses for the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) program/designation. He has overseen a portfolio of 29 properties and over 2,400 units, with a mix of multifamily homes and commercial space. He specializes in electrical, HVAC, and renovations. Jerry is committed to delivering a solid product and complete customer service.



Jayce Everling
Human Resources Manager
After receiving his Bachelor’s of Business degree in Management, Human Resources, and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, he began his career at the BAM Companies in 2020. During his work experience prior to coming to BAM, he was able to cultivate a variety of experiences in retail, higher education, operations, and team leadership.
As Human Resources Generalist, Jayce is responsible for the hiring, development, training, compensation, and workplace culture of the BAM Companies' impressive roster of talent. Responsibilities include sourcing bright and kind individuals to join the BAMFAM, working with employee groups in an effort to implement new policies and procedures, creating meaningful opportunities for teams, and anything else that involves employment.
Jayce is thankful for the opportunity to work with such incredible, motivated, and insightful individuals every day, and is excited for the future that BAM has in store.



Danny Stahl
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Danny has been involved in the Indiana Apartment Association by serving on the Education Committee and instructing courses for the CAMT program. He has taught several other classes including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. He has worked with several not-for-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity and specializes in HVAC and Plumbing.



Kylee Kurtz
Accounting Manager
Kylee oversees accounts payable, utility accounting, reserve disbursements, and renovation accounting.
She works closely with the BAM Companies' lenders, auditors, and other third-party consultants to support the financial reporting needs of the $450M portfolio of multifamily assets.
Kylee is involved in the preparation of internal company financials and assists with investor accounting and distribution processing.
With over 10 years of onsite property management experience prior to joining the department, Kylee brings invaluable expertise and professionalism to the team.

THE BEGINNING
BAM CONSTRUCTION BEGAN
Jerry Hyatt, now VP, Maintenance & Construction, was doing one-off projects on houses. Then, he saw more money could be brought in by doing renovations.
2015
Growth & Expansion
First Big Renovation
BAM Construction was expanded in order to bring in more revenue. In September 2016, the first big renovation started at LGVC Apartments in Indiana.

growing the Team
Hiring Key Individuals
In order to continue growing, additional employees joined BAM Construction. This doubled the workforce included Construction Manager, Paul Manawat.

Financial Revenue Growth
One Million Mark
The BAM Companies topped $1 million in revenue.
2017
Growth Continued
Out-of-State Renovation
The first big out-of-state renovation project was in Champaign, Illinois at Nantucket Cove. The project doubled revenue from previous year.
